Trekking in the Everest region is on the must do list for a lot of people.  Trekking in the Everest region offers you the chance to get within reach of the tallest mountains in the world including Ama Dablam and Lhotse. The trek winds its way through traditional Sherpa’s villages, Buddhist monasteries, snow-capped peaks and offers viewing of a diverse range of wildlife and vegetation. This trek provides you the opportunity to explore the lifestyle of the Himalayan people, their religion, customs and traditions. Alluring birds like the golden eagle, snow pigeon, red-billed and yellow-billed choughs and  flowers like rhododendron, magnolias, blue pine, chir pine, juniper and hemlock make the trekking a delight for nature lovers.

The Ama Dablam Base Camp is a breathtaking trek through this mountainous region to the foot of one of the more beautiful mountains in the Himalaya.

Trekking Itinerary :

Day 01:	After your arrival in Kathmandu, our representative will transfer you to your hotel in the heart of Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel (B)
Day 02:	Full Day Kathmandu sight seeing Tour: You will visit many Buddhist and Hindu temples which reflect the local culture and tradition of Nepalese society including the World Heritage sites such as Kathmandu Durbar Square, Swayambhu Stupa (Monkey Temple), Bouddhanath, Pathupatinath Temple and Patan Darbar Square. Overnight at Kathmandu (B)
Day 03:	Kathmandu to Lukla (2800m, 30minutes flight) and trek to Phadking (2700m)
Day 04:	Phadking to Namche Bazaar (3420m).
Day 05:	Acclimatization in Namche
Day 06:	Namche to Tengboche (3850m)
Day 07:	Hiking to Ama Dablam Base camp
Day 08:	Trek back to Namche.
Day 09:	Trek back to Phadking.
Day 10:	Trek back to Lukla.
Day 11:	Flight back to Kathmandu. (30 minutes flight)

(This trek can be completed in conjunction with the Everest Base Camp Trek )
